The ICS Team:
Andrew Zeuner is the Senior Manager Business Services with overall responsibility for the strategic and business directions of Information & Communication Services.
Jenny Hagger is the Information & Communication Services Manager and has responsibility for staff, IT contractors, infrastructure and systems at UCWPA. The ICS Manager’s role is to provide computer networks with communications systems and associated policies and procedures to enhance UCWPA’s ability to deliver effective and high quality services.
Robert Manley is the Team Leader Quality and Operations with responsibility for the quality and development of the services provided by Information & Communication Services and coordination of the helpdesk service.
Trung Le is the Team Leader Network with responsibility for the development, implementation and maintenance of the UCWPA network and fixed telephony infrastructure.
Winson Liu is the Network Coordinator with responsibility for the daily management and maintenance of the UCWPA wide area network and infrastructure.
Nick Algar and James Price are the Information & Communication Services Helpdesk Support Officers who provide Help Desk support to all staff at UCWPA.
The UCWPA Network:
IT infrastructure at UCWPA comprises a Wide Area Network (WAN) with UCWPA Head Office as the central site. Private IP, PRN or fibre optic connections link all sites to the central site. Each remote site receives access to internet browsing, email and centrally managed virus protection and stores all data on secured network drives.
Applications:
Corporate Information Management Pty Ltd provides the major Management Information System. CIM is an Adelaide-based company with a focus on supplying fully integrated, reliable, Aged Care and Accounting software modules. Application and operating system software is mainly Microsoft®.
Suppliers:
Network support, supplies and training are sourced from local companies.
