Donations and Bequests

Our ability to help those in need and provide loving care is dependent on funding.

Since 1919 UnitingCare Wesley Port Adelaide (formerly Port Adelaide Central Mission) has been working with and caring for people who are vulnerable or disadvantaged, to provide dignity, respect and a better quality of life.

  • Our elderly folk are supported and cared for in independent, hostel and high care living facilities.
  • Families finding themselves unemployed are assisted through our Family Centre and employment retraining services.
  • People who suffer from a mental health disability are helped to find work, homes and are assisted with day-to-day living.
  • Homeless youth are provided with emergency and supported housing.

We seek to empower more than 18,000 people each year who use our services and help them cope with life’s challenges and fulfill their potential.

We advocate with Government and other agencies to improve the society in which we live.
