Already, its been one year since the bright yellow OzHarvest truck hit the streets of Adelaide.

Since it began, OzHarvest Adelaide has: 

• rescued  63,962 kilograms of good food
• provided 211,077 meals for people in need
• diverted 100 tonnes of co2-e carbon emmissions from the atmosphere
• signed up 114 food donors and 42 recipient charities/programs

On Friday night 30 of the team, both staff and volunteers, celebrated with a barbeque at Henley Beach.

"Thank you to everyone who has shared our journey. We are excited about our second year of food rescue in Adelaide and know there is so much more we can do to continue to help our communities and the environment," said Hayley Everuss, Coordinator.
