Seaton Central

The Seaton Central Team has a notable amount of professional skills in the fields of Community Development, Early Childhood Development, Adult Training, Social Work, Health, Teaching, Counselling, Mental Health, Special Education and Attachment.

The success of the service has grown at a rapid rate, which is historically unusual for a Community Development program.  The dynamic team however, prides itself of ensuring all families’ needs are met, extended and respected.

This is achieved through our multidisciplinary debrief sessions after each group. Workers attend to specific families needs in either targeted or universal groups.  At-risk factors and social disadvantage determinants are detected from each discipline, enabling strategies to be implemented immediately for the family.

Seaton Central has moved beyond the rhetoric and clearly reaches valuable outcomes for young children and their families in the areas of health, education, care, relationships proving a reduction in social isolation.
