Early Years Support Team

The Early Years Support Team provides intensive support to parents with children pre birth to 3 years old, who live in Seaton, Hendon, Albert Park, Royal Park, Cheltenham, Rosewater, Queenstown, Woodville West and Alberton.

The Support workers are available Monday to Friday from 9.00am – 5.00pm. 

The team consists of two full-time workers who assist in responding to the family’s needs through:

• home visiting on a regular basis;
• providing practical support;
• having someone to talk to;
• help with transport to appointments;
• providing advocacy support for parents;
• understanding children’s development;
• developing adults confidence in parenting;
• accessing services; and
• Information about local services.

Parents can self-refer or be referred by another service provider.
