At UnitingCare Wesley Port Adelaide (UCWPA) our aim is to increase the quality of life for older people in our communities.
Our commitment is to create an environment that promotes inclusion, participation and choice for all people. For every resident, we seek to provide individualised quality care that respects cultural, spiritual and linguistic diversity.
We offer low care, high care and respite accommodation in seven aged care facilities located north and west of Adelaide. Transitional Care Packages, Community Aged Care Packages and Independent Living Units are also available to assist people to remain independent in the community for as long as possible.
| Our aged care facilities are accredited by the Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency and managed by a Director of Nursing. Each facility adopts a policy of ’Ageing in Place’ to ensure that as care needs increase, residents are fully supported in their transition from low care to high care. More Information > |
