The Faggotter Grove Neighbourhood Group Home provides accommodation for up to 12 residents and is located at West Lakes Shore close to shops, medical centre, bank agency, church and recreational facilities.

This style of accommodation suits people who do not wish to live alone in the community but like to remain independent in a supported environment. Two meals are provided daily and breakfast supplies are available.

Each resident has a private air-conditioned, spacious bed sitting room (unfurnished) with en-suite facilities. Communal areas include a dining room, kitchen, lounge rooms and laundry. Residents take care of personal hygiene, dressing, medications and maintain their own rooms. No nursing or personal care services are provided.

The home is managed by a Coordinator who oversees the entire facility including the preparation of meals, cleaning of common areas, shopping for household supplies and the well being of residents.

No Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) assessment is required for admission. Residents are required to pay a daily care fee equivalent to 85% of the full single aged pension, plus rent allowances.
