UnitingCare Wesley Port Adelaide provides two categories of Independent Living Units which are located in the Western and Northern suburbs of Adelaide.

Unit types are Resident Funded Units and Donation/Bond Units.

All 130 units are self-contained with up to three bedrooms and are designed for independent living. All locations have a waiting list and priority for accommodation is determined by need.

UCWPA sets fees and entry charges depending on the assets of the resident.

The Retirement Villages Act of 1987, administered by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Aged Care, governs the provision of care.
