UnitingCare Wesley Port Adelaide is an agency of the Uniting Church and provides community and residential aged care in accordance with UCWPA’s core values and Mission Statement.

Services are provided to maintain optimal independence through meeting individual care needs. Continuity of care is available as people’s needs change allowing them to move from independent living units or the Group Home, with access to Community Aged Care Packages.  As care needs increase access to residential care is available as needed.

Residential Aged Care facilities are  in the Western and Northern suburbs of Adelaide, and are available to all eligible, elderly people requiring aged care services. Some facilities have an ethno-specific focus where priority is given to accommodating people from specific ethnic backgrounds.
