UnitingCare Wesley Port Adelaide (UCWPA) is committed  to continuous improvement and quality management.

UCWPA maintains accreditation at Award Level of the Service Excellence Program: a nationally accredited quality improvement program funded by the Department for Families and Communities (DFC), aimed at supporting non-government organisations to improve and achieve sustainable excellence.

All UCWPA services comply with external standards. Our residential aged care facilities are accredited with the Department of Health and Ageing and community service programs conform to relevant standards and regulations.

The Quality, Safety and Risk Management Council provides ongoing operational leadership of continuous quality improvement activities at UCWPA. It also seeks to maintain a culture of business and service excellence that encourages innovation and works to achieve enhanced outcomes for clients, residents, staff and other stakeholders.

Occupational Health Safety & Welfare

UCWPA is committed to providing a safe working environment for employees, volunteers and contractors.

Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare systems are in place to prevent workplace injury. Should accidents or illness occur, UCWPA is committed to effective injury management and rehabilitation.
